So Far, So Good…

Well, the first day went OK – managed to keep the calories within in the specified limit, did 25 flights of stairs, and went for a (very) short jog.

Woke up feeling…lighter! It’s probably entirely psychological, but getting the psycological boost should help with keeping the physical in check!

I know it’s not a great achievement, but the journey of a thousand miles starts with a single step, doesn’t it?
